Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of appointment time booked will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 20% of the service booked. A credit card will be required at the time of booking. It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible, as well as to all of my clients. With respect to that if your arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment and be subject the the policy stated below. You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving beyond the standard grace period. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time booked OR a “no-show” will be subject to 50% of the service booked. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time. Exceptions will be considered in the case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstance. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived. I simply ask that you communicate with me in those times, as I understand things do come up.
